‘Super Download’ combines your WiFi and Mobile data connection for a faster download

Have you ever wanted to achieve higher download speeds on your mobile device? Well now you can with this relatively simple application written by XDA-developers member elban that allows you to download files faster using your WiFi and Cellular (3G/4G) data connection. The only downside is that the device must be rooted in order for the application to use both WiFi and Data simultaneously. Please note that not all Android devices are supported.

Here is what the developer has to say about using the app:

Just click on a link or open a remote file: if the file type is recognised by Super Download, it will start getting it. If this method doesn’t work, try click-and-hold on the link, select “share with” and choose Super Download. Finally, you can copy and paste a url in the “add url” dialog.
